Our courts are compromised, our rights are violated, and our voices have been silenced by a system that protects itself instead of the people it was built to serve. From wrongful convictions to prosecutorial misconduct, from corrupt plea deals to retaliatory prison policies — enough is enough.
406 Revolutionized was born out of this corruption. We are the families, the fighters, the wrongly accused, the incarcerated, and the survivors of Montana’s broken justice system. We are building a record. We are demanding accountability. And we will not be ignored.

We are the families, the survivors, the fighters, and the voices behind Montana’s silent epidemic of judicial abuse and government misconduct. What started as one case has revealed a pattern—broken courts, corrupt officials, and lives shattered without accountability.
“406 Revolutionized” is a grassroots legal justice movement, founded by those who have lived the injustice and are no longer willing to stay silent. Our mission is simple: Expose the truth. Defend the innocent. Demand reform.
Our story begins with the wrongful conviction of Joshua McKnight in Sanders County, Montana, and expands to hundreds more across the state. This platform exists for those stories—and the people brave enough to tell them.
